Romanian Sausage (Matiti)

Recipe Ingredients

		Water
		Garlic cloves
1 teaspoon	5ml	Soda
1 1/2 teaspoons	7.5ml	Salt
1 teaspoon	5ml	Thyme
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Basil
1 lb	454g / 16oz	Ground beef
2/3 lb	302g / 10oz	Ground pork

Recipe Instructions

In blender, make a thin water and garlic paste.

Add beef stock, salt, soda, and spices.

Mix well. Add meats. Mix.

Can be stuffed into casings or formed into patties.
