Red Wine And Oregano Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Finely chopped onion |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Finely chopped fresh oregano or 2 tsp dry |
6 | Garlic - minced | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Dry red wine |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Soy sauce |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Extra-virgin olive oil |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Red wine vinegar |
In blender container, combine all ingredients; blend well.
Pour mixture over lamb chops, beef steak, or lamb or beef cubes for kabobs.
Let stand at room temperature for 15 minutes to marinate.
Makes 3/4 cup--enough for 4 servings of meat.
