4 | Potatoes - sliced 1/4 inch (medium) thick and, microwaved 6 to 10 minutes until tender | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | London broil - thinly sliced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Garlic pepper |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil |
1 | Green bell pepper. - cut into thin strips |
While potatoes are cooking, toss beef with garlic pepper and heat oil in large skillet over high heat, add beef and toss for 3 minutes.
Remove beef add green pepper to skillet, toss 3 minutes. Add potatoes, saute 5 minutes. Add beef; toss until tender through. Season with salt.
