| 1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green chiles - chopped | 
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Tomato - chopped (medium) | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Onion - finely chopped | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Mayonnaise | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt | 
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice | 
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic salt | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | White pepper | 
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Worcestershire sauce | 
Peel and seed the avocados. Add all ingredients and mash until smooth. The lemon juice will keep it from turning dark.
