Liberty Hall Marinated Beef Tenderloin Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Ruby port |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Olive oil |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Soy sauce |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Thyme - crushed |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Hot pepper sauce |
1 | Bay leaf | |
1 1/2 lbs | 681g / 24oz | Boneless beef tenderloin - cut in 1/2" slices |
Mix first seven ingredients and pour over steaks. Cover and refrigerate 3 to 6 hours, turning occasionally.
Remove steaks from marinade. Place steaks on a broiler pan and place in cold oven. Broil 3 inches from heat 7 minutes; turn and broil 7 minutes more.
