1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Lean ground beef |
6 oz | 170g | Italian sausage or spicy |
Bulk sausage | ||
1 | Italian style - (14 1/2 oz) | |
Stewed tomatoes | ||
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Fresh bread crumbs |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Chopped green bell pepper |
1 | Egg - beaten |
In a large bowl, combine all ingredients; mix well.
Place in a 4 1/2 x 8" loaf pan.
Bake at 350F for 1 hour; drain.
