Hot dog | ||
8 | Bacon - slices | |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Onion - minced |
1 | Garlic - minced, clove | |
8 oz | 227g | Tomato |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Pepper |
Fry bacon, onion and garlic until bacon is crisp.
Drain most of bacon fat. Stir in tomatoes, salt and pepper.
Heat to a boil, reduce heat and simmer about 10 minutes.
Add hot dogs; cover and simmer about 15 minutes
