1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Coarsely ground beef |
(or regular ground beef) | ||
1 | Onion - chopped | |
1 | Green pepper - chopped | |
1 | Tomatoes | |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Garlic salt |
1 | Lima beans | |
1 | Peas - drained | |
1 | Mushrooms - drained | |
1 | Cream cheese - combined with 1/4 cu |
Brown ground beef in Bread'n Cake Bake (or skillet) on top of range.
Drain well. Add all remaining ingredients except cream cheese. Stir well.
Spread cream cheese mixture over top. Cover Bread'n Cake Bake and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, place in CROCK-POT. Cover and cook on Low 8 to 10 hours. (High: 3 to 4 hours). If not refrigerated, cook on Low 6 to 8 hours.
