| 2 lbs | 908g / 32oz | Beef - cut in 1" cubes |
| 2 | Carrots - sliced | |
| 1 | Onion - diced (large) | |
| 3 | Celery - sliced | |
| 1 | Tomatoes | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Quick-cooking tapioca |
| 1 | Whole clove | |
| 2 | Bay leaves |
Salt and pepper
Trim all fat from meat.
Put all ingredients in CROCK-POT. Mix thoroughly.
Cover and cook on Low 12 hours. (High: 5 to 6 hours).
