Hamburger Stroganoff Recipe - Cooking Index
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Chopped onion |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
1 | Minced garlic | |
4 teaspoons | 20ml | Pepper |
4 cups | 792g / 27oz | Butter |
1 | Mushrooms | |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Hamburger |
1 | Cream of chicken soup | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Flour |
Parsley | ||
1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream |
Saute onion and garlic in butter over medium heat. Stir in meat and brown.
Stir in flour, salt, pepper and mushrooms cook 5 minutes.
Stir in soup, simmer uncovered 10 minutes. Stir in sour cream, heat through.
Garnish with parsley.
Serve on noodles or rice.
