Hamburger Steak

Recipe Ingredients

1 lb	454g / 16oz	Beef - ground
1		Egg - well beaten
1/2 teaspoon	2.5ml	Salt
1		Black pepper
1		Onion, minced
1/4 cup	36g / 1.3oz	Bread crumbs

Recipe Instructions

Mix in order given and shape into round cakes.

Fry in butter until nicely browned.
