1 | Egg - well beaten | |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 | Black pepper | |
1 | Onion, minced | |
1/4 cup | 36g / 1.3oz | Bread crumbs |
Mix in order given and shape into round cakes.
Fry in butter until nicely browned.
