2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Tomato juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Celery salt |
1 1/2 teaspoons | 7.5ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1/3 cup | 48g / 1.7oz | Chopped green pepper |
1 cup | 237ml | Reduced-fat sour cream |

Drained |
Brown beef, onion and garlic in large skillet. Add noodles.
Combine water, broth, tomato juice and seasonings; pour over noodles and meat mixture.
Cover, simmer for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add green pepper; cover and cook until noodles are tender. Add mushrooms and sour cream; heat but do not boil.
