Ground Beef Goulash - 1 Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Ground beef |
1/2 lb | 227g / 8oz | Ground Italian sausage |
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Onion - chopped (medium) |
1 | Celery - chopped | |
16 oz | 454g | Stewed tomatoes |
2 cups | 474ml | Elbow macaroni * |
6 oz | 170g | Tomato paste |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
Cook and drain pasta, rinse under hot water. Brown and drain meat , onion and celery.
Stir all ingredients together in a 3 quart casserole dish. C
over and bake at 350F for 30-40 minutes.
