Zesty Black Bean Dip Recipe - Cooking Index
| 2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Canned black beans |
| 1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped fresh tomatoes |
| 1 cup | 237ml | Sour cream or yogurt |
| 6 tablespoons | 90ml | Chopped onions |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chopped fresh chives |
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Salt |
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Freshly ground black - pepper |
| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Paprika |
Combine all the ingredients, except the paprika, briefly in a food processor or blender.
Chill for 1 to 2 hours, then garnish with the paprika.
Serve with blue or yellow tortilla chips.
Yield: About 4 cups
