Spicy Hot Black Beans and Tomatoes Recipe - Cooking Index

| 1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
| 30 | Garlic minced | |
| 2 | No salt - (14 1/2 oz.) | |
| Whole tomatoes drained | ||
| And chopped | ||
| 2 | Black beans - (15 oz.) | |
| And drained | ||
| 1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Ground red pepper |
| 1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Fresh cilantro |
| Chopped fresh cilantro | ||
| (opt.) |
Coat A Large Nonstick Skillet With Cooking Spray. Add Olive Oil and Place Over Medium Heat Until Hot. Add Garlic. Saute Until Tender. Add Chopped Tomatoes; Reduce Heat and Cook Uncovered 6 Min. OR Until Mixture Is Slightly Thickened. Stir in Beans, Red Pepper and Cilantro. Cover and Cook 5 Min. OR Until Thoroughly Heated. Garnish With Fresh Cilantro If Desired. Serve Over Rice. (Fat 1 G.)
