| 200 | Chorizo (sausage) | |
| 1/4 | Boiled potatoes | |
| 125 | Fresh cheese | |
| 1 tablespoon | 15ml | Baking powder |
| 1 | Avocadoes (in guacamole) | |
| 1/4 | Corn dough |
Toss the dough with the boiled potatoes, add grated cheese.
Add the baking powder and salt to taste, knead well; make thin omelets with the dough (like 2 inch diameter) and fry them in hot oil; add guacamole first, and fried chorizo (sausage) then.
GUACAMOLE
Squeeze avocadoes well with a fork and add tomatoes sauce with green chile, onion and coriander, all very well minced and seasoned with salt and lemon.
