16 oz | 454g | Cooked black-eyed peas |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Finely chopped peppers |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Finely chopped onions |
1 | Chopped pimientos - drained | |
1 | Finely chopped jalapenos - drained | |
1/2 tablespoon | 7.5ml | Fresh chopped garlic |
1 cup | 237ml | Golden Italian dressing |
Mix all ingredients together and marinate for 24 hours. Drain off some of the liquid as necessary. Serve on top of Pork La Prince or with tortilla chips.
