Gurkensalat (Cucumber Relish Salad) Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Cucumbers - medium | |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Sugar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Cider vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/8 teaspoon | 0.6ml | Pepper |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Sour cream |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley; fresh - minced |
Slice cucumbers paper-thin.
Sprinkle slices with sugar, vinegar, salt and pepper.
Marinate for 20 minutes, drain off liquid, and toss lightly with sour cream.
Top with minced parsley.
