Garlic Mint Marinade Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 40g / 1.4oz | Mint leaves - fresh or dry |
4 | Garlic cloves - crushed | |
1 1/3 cups | 315ml | Peanut oil |
2 cups | 474ml | Red wine vinegar |
16 tablespoons | 240ml | Sherry |
8 tablespoons | 120ml | Soy sauce |
1. Chop the mint finely.
2. Mix in the remaining ingredients in a large bowl.
3. Place meat in marinade for several hours, turning occasionally.
4. Drain the meat before placing on the grill.
