Frozen Guacamole

Recipe Ingredients

1 1/2 lbs 681g / 24ozAvocados - (2)
1/4 cup 15g / 0.5ozOnion - finely chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlCanned chile peppers - chopped
1 tablespoon 15mlTomato - peeled and chopped (medium)
1 1/2 tablespoons 22mlWhite vinegar
1 teaspoon 5mlSalt

Recipe Instructions

Halve avocados lengthwise, remove pits and peel. Mash avocado in bowel with potato masher. Add onion, chile pepper, vinegar and salt, mix well.

Place in plastic freezer container and cover lightly and freeze. To serve, let thaw, finely chop tomato, stir into avocado mixture. Serve with raw vegetables, cooked shrimp or chips.

Note: excellent fresh and good after frozen.
