Bon Appetit Vegetarian Chili With Chipotle Chilies Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 110g / 3.9oz | Chopped carrots |
1 cup | 146g / 5.1oz | Chopped red or green bell - pepper |
1 cup | 62g / 2.2oz | Chopped onion |
3 cups | 279g / 9.8oz | Garlic cloves - minced (large) |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Chili powder |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Ground cumin |
1 | Italian plum - tomatoes with juice, | |
1 | Red kidney beans - drained | |
1 | Cannellini - beans, drained | |
1 | Black beans - drained | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Canned chopped chipotle - chilies in adobo sauce |
You guys can figure out the rest. Cook for 30 minutes, stirring, and add salt and pepper.
I omitted 1 tbs oil at the beginning of this recipe- it was used to saute the vegetables.
