Black Beans Cuban-Style Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Black beans - (15 oz. Each) | |
1 | Onion (medium) | |
1 | Green bell pepper | |
2 | Garlic | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Cumin powder |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Red wine vinegar |
Chop onion and pepper; mince garlic; saute in a little of the bean liquid until soft.
Add beans with remaining liquid.
Add dry spices.
Simmer 15-30 minutes.
Add vinegar just before serving.
