2 cups | 320g / 11oz | Green beans - French cut |
3 cups | 480g / 16oz | Black beans - cooked |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Garbanzo beans - cooked |
1 cup | 160g / 5.6oz | Adzuki beans - (or red, beans); cooked |
2 | Onions - sliced | |
2 | Green peppers - sliced | |
2 | Celery - sliced | |
2 | Green onions - thin sliced | |
2 cups | 474ml | Oil |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Honey |
20 | Garlic - pressed | |
1 | Lemon - juiced | |
1 cup | 237ml | White wine |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Oregano |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Parsley |
Combine all ingredients in large bowl, mixing thoroughly.
Chill overnight.
