Black Bean Hummus Recipe - Cooking Index
16 oz | 454g | Black beans |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Tahini |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
1 | Lime juiced | |
2 | Garlic clove - sliced | |
Salt and pepper | ||
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Ground cumin |
In a food processor, combine all the ingredients and process till smooth.
Cover and refrigerate till ready to use.
Bring to room temperature before serving.
