1/2 | Corn - drained (15 oz) | |
1/2 | Black beans - drained (15 oz) | |
3/4 cup | 82g / 2.9oz | Celery - chopped |
1/4 cup | 15g / 0.5oz | Green onion - chopped |
1/8 cup | 2g / 0.1oz | Cilantro - chopped |
6 oz | 170g | Salsa |
1/8 cup | 29ml | Red wine vinegar |
In a large bowl, combine first five ingredients; mix well.
Blend salsa and vinegar.
Pour over salad and toss well.
Cover and chill.
Spoon onto lettuce leaves.
