Black Bean And Rice Salad - 2

Recipe Ingredients

2 cups 320g / 11ozCooked or canned black beans - -(rinse and drained
2 cups 320g / 11ozCooked rice
1 1/2 cups 24g / 0.8ozFresh cilantro
1/4 cup 59mlLime juice
3/4 cup 177mlOil
1/2 cup 31g / 1.1ozChopped onion
2   Garlic cloves - crushed
  Salt
  Freshly ground black pepper

Recipe Instructions

Mix the beans, rice, and cilantro together in a bowl.

Place the lime juice in a small bowl and whisk in the oil.

Add the onion and garlic and toss with the rice and beans.

Add salt and pepper to taste.
