Belly's Beans

Recipe Ingredients

1/2 lb 227g / 8ozPinto beans
1 tablespoon 15mlBrown sugar
1/3 lb 151g / 5.3ozMr. Brown - chopped crust from that brisket you just smoked
1   Yellow onion - chopped fine (large)
1   New Mexico chilies
2 tablespoons 30mlRed chile pepper
  Salt to taste

Recipe Instructions

Let come to a rolling boil and boil for 45 minutes and then simmer for four to five hours, you may need to add more water at time.

Taste and Salt to taste, don't over do, simmer on low heat till lunch
