Beans With Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1 lb | 454g / 16oz | Fresh green beans |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Red wine vinegar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Sugar |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dijon mustard |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Pepper |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Olive oil |
Steam green beans until crisp-tender.
Mix remaining ingredients in jar with tight-fitting lid; shake well.
Drain beans; pour dressing over beans and toss well.
NOTES : Carrot strips or red bell pepper strips steamed with the beans make a colorful addition.
