Bean Salad Recipe - Cooking Index

1 | Green beans | |
1 | Kidney beans | |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Onion - chopped |
1/2 cup | 73g / 2.6oz | Green pepper - chopped |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Wine vinegar |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Oil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Pepper |
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Sugar |
Drain beans. Mix beans, onion, and pepper in bowl.
Mix vinegar, oil, salt, pepper, and sugar in separate bowl and pour over beans.
Let sit 24 hours.
