1 cup | 237ml | Mayonnaise |
2 | Hard cooked eggs - cut up | |
1 | Onion - quartered (medium) | |
1 | Garlic | |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Lemon juice |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Prepared mustard |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Steak sauce |
1 | Hot pepper sauce | |
1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Cooked green beans |
1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Cooked lima beans |
1 1/2 cups | 240g / 8.5oz | Cooked kidney beans |
In covered blender jar, blend bread piece by piece at low speed until crumbed. Set aside.
Blend mayonnaise, eggs, onion, garlic, lemon juice and seasonings at high speed until smooth.
In a 1 1/2 quart casserole, layer half of each kind of bean and half the sauce; repeat.
Sprinkle crumbs over all. Bake at 350 F for 35 minutes until brown and bubbly. Serves 8.
