Baked Bean Pot Lentils Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Lentils |
2 1/2 cups | 592ml | Water |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Chopped onion |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Salt |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dark brown sugar |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Catsup |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Molasses |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
4 slices | Bacon - diced and cooked |
In saucepan, combine lentils, water, onion, and salt. Bring to a boil; cover and simmer 45 minutes. Stir in remaining ingredients. Turn into 1-quart casserole dish and bake at 350 for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
