Parsley Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
| 1/2 | Garlic clove | |
| 1 | Boiled potatoes | |
| Several parsley sprigs | ||
| Salt and pepper - to taste | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil | 
| 2 teaspoons | 10ml | Wine vinegar | 
| Stock or beef bouillon - several tablespoons | 
If you use an electric blender, mix all ingredients simultaneously. If you use a mortar, crush garlic, potato, and parsley together.
Blend in vinegar; gradually add olive oil, followed by as much bouillon or stock as needed to make the sauce the desired consistency.
Season with salt and pepper to taste.
