Green Beans In Tomato Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 lbs 908g / 32ozGreen beans - cooked
2 lbs 908g / 32ozTomatoes - peeled and chopped (medium)
1 lb 454g / 16ozOnion - chopped (small)
1 tablespoon 15mlChopped parsley
2 tablespoons 30mlOlive oil
  Salt and pepper - to taste

Recipe Instructions

Fry onion in 2 tablespoons olive oil over moderate fire until onion is soft and yellow but not brown. Fry tomato until liquid evaporates and sauce thickens.

Add salt and pepper to taste, parsley, and well-drained cooked beans. Cook 3 to 4 minutes longer, stirring occasionally.
