Roasted Red Pepper Wine Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Red bell peppers - roasted, peeled and seeded | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Balsamic vinegar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Dry white wine |
2 | Garlic - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Olive oil |
1 | Ground white pepper |
In food processor or blender, combine bell peppers, vinegar, wine, garlic, olive oil and white pepper.
Process until smooth. Pour into small saucepan and simmer 10 minutes.
