Rhubarb Sauce - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
3 cups | 711ml | Rhubarb - fresh |
1 1/4 cups | 247g / 8.7oz | Sugar |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Orange juice |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Orange peel - grated |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Dry mustard |
1 | Cinnamon sticks |
Combine rhubarb, sugar, orange juice, orange peel, dry mustard and cinnamon stick in a large saucepan.
Bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium and cook, uncovered, about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove cinnamon stick.
Serve over baked ham.
