Red Oyster Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/4 cup | 49g / 1.7oz | Butter |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
1 cup | 93g / 3.3oz | Garlic clove - minced (large) |
1/4 cup | 59ml | Sun dried tomato paste |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Thai red curry paste |
Basil |
Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add remaining ingredients, except basil, and simmer until butter is brown, about 15 minutes.
Stir basil in right before serving. Serve warm over Barbecued Oysters.
Makes 1 cup.
