1/4 cup 49g / 1.7ozButter
1/2 cup 118mlOlive oil
1 cup 93g / 3.3ozGarlic clove - minced (large)
1/4 cup 59mlSun dried tomato paste
1/4 teaspoon 1.3mlThai red curry paste
  Basil

Recipe Instructions

Melt butter in a medium saucepan over medium-low heat. Add remaining ingredients, except basil, and simmer until butter is brown, about 15 minutes.

Stir basil in right before serving. Serve warm over Barbecued Oysters.

Makes 1 cup.
