Masa mixture | ||
3/4 lb | 340g / 11oz | Spot prawns - cut into bite sized pieces |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Butter |
Saute the prawns quickly in the butter. Stir into the MASA mixture, pan juices and all. Roll about 2 Tbsp. in corn husks, tie the ends with a thin piece of corn husk or string and steam in a bamboo or vegetable steamer for about 30 minutes.
