Poppy Seed Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1 cup | 237ml | Plain low-fat yogurt |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated orange zest |
2 teaspoons | 10ml | Grated lemon zest |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Raspberry vinegar - =or=- |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Apple cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Orange juice concentrate - frozen |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Poppy seed |
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients and stir until well blended. Chill before serving to develop taste.
Makes about 1 1/4 cup.
