Recipe Ingredients

1 cup	198g / 7oz	Butter
1 cup	237ml	Masa harina
1/2 cup	118ml	Milk or chicken broth
1 teaspoon	5ml	Baking powder
1 teaspoon	5ml	Garlic salt
		Pepper
		Dried corn husks that have been soaked in hot water

Recipe Instructions

Cream together the first 6 ingredients. Make 1 recipe for each of the Prawn and Duck Rillettes Tamales.
