Pineapple Ginger Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

1 teaspoon 5mlMinced garlic
1 teaspoon 5mlMinced ginger
1 cup 198g / 7ozNo-sugar-added pineapple
  Juice
1/4 cup 59mlLow sodium tamari or soy
  Sauce
1 tablespoon 15mlCornstarch dissolved in 1
1   Cold water

Recipe Instructions

Saute garlic and ginger in a little water in a medium non-stick skillet. After about 3 minutes add juice and soy sauce. Heat on medium high until it boils, then stir in cornstarch. Heat until it gets to your desired consistency.
