Peanut Garlic Sauce

Recipe Ingredients

2 teaspoons	10ml	Creamy peanut butter
2 tablespoons	30ml	Fish sauce
2 tablespoons	30ml	Chicken stock
1 teaspoon	5ml	Minced garlic
1 teaspoon	5ml	Red curry paste

Recipe Instructions

Put the peanut butter into a blender, and add the fish sauce and stock.

Blend well. Add the garlic and curry paste, and blend until smooth.
