1   Onion - minced
1   Lemon grass stalk - minced
1 cup 237mlCoconut milk
1 tablespoon 15mlBrown sugar
1 teaspoon 5mlChili powder

Recipe Instructions

Combine with whisk or fork.

Serve at room temperature with satay.
