Olive Oil Italiano Sauce For Pasta Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 118ml | Olive oil |
3 | Garlic - minced | |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried basil |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Dried parsley |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh lemon juice |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Salt |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Butter or margarine - softened |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Grated parmesan cheese |
2 | Green onions - sliced |
Place oil and garlic in a saucepan and cook until soft. Stir in basil, parsley, lemon juice, salt and butter.
Toss sauce with prepared pasta and Parmesan cheese in a large bowl.
Top with green onions and serve.
