Nutty Basil Pesto Recipe - Cooking Index
| 5 cups | 200g / 7.1oz | Basil leaves - tightly packed |
| Coarsely chopped | ||
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Pine nuts |
| 3/4 cup | 177ml | Olive oil |
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Miso - brown rice |
| 3 tablespoons | 45ml | Lemon juice - freshly |
| 3 | Garlic cloves - peeled |
Put all the ingredients into a food processor fitted with the metal blade, and process until smooth.
