Mustard-Dill Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | White wine vinegar |
1 1/2 tablespoons | 22ml | Sugar |
4 tablespoons | 60ml | Fresh dill - chopped |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Light olive oil or vegetable oil |
In a bowl whisk together mustard, vinegar, sugar, and dill. Slowly whisk in oil until mixture is blended and thickens slightly. Adjust flavors to taste.
Makes about 2/3 cup.
