Molho Campanha - Country Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
2 | Firm - ripe tomatoes, (medium) peeled, seeded, coarsely chop | |
1 | Onion - minced (large) | |
1 | Green bell pepper - cored, seeded, and (small) minced | |
1 cup | 237ml | Red wine vinegar |
1 teaspoon | 5ml | Minced fresh cilantro |
Place all of the ingredients together in a glass (non-reactive) bowl and stir to mix well. Cover with plastic wrap and store for 1 hour so that the flavors can mix. Use with grilled meat. Makes 2 cups.
