Marinara Sauce - 2 Recipe - Cooking Index
| 3 | Diced tomatoes - (15 oz) | |
| 1/2 cup | 118ml | Sun-dried tomatoes in oil - drained | 
| 1 | Tomato paste | |
| 6 | Garlic clove - minced | |
| 1 | Onion - chopped | |
| Basil to taste | ||
| 2 tablespoons | 30ml | Olive oil | 
Heat oil in sauce pan. Then sauteethe garlic for one minute.
Next, add onion, diced tomato, tomato paste, sun-dried tomatoes and basil.
Cook and simmer for 1 - 1/2 hours.
