Enchilada Sauce A La Brenda Recipe - Cooking Index
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Chile powder |
1/2 cup | 31g / 1.1oz | Flour |
2 cups | 125g / 4.4oz | Bouillon (chicken or beef) |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Oregano |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Garlic powder |
1 | Tomato sauce |
Mix the chile powder with just enough water to make a smooth paste. Then mix in the remaining ingredients and simmer.
