Lone Star Steak Sauce Recipe - Cooking Index
1/2 cup | 99g / 3.5oz | Butter |
1/2 cup | 118ml | Lemon juice |
2 tablespoons | 30ml | Worcestershire sauce |
1 | Garlic - minced | |
3/4 teaspoon | 3.8ml | Black pepper |
1/2 teaspoon | 2.5ml | Dry mustard |
2 | Tabasco | |
Salt to taste |
Combine all ingredients, heat until butter melts. Broiler juices may be added. Serve with Steak Salt.
