Lime Vinaigrette Recipe - Cooking Index
1/3 cup | 78ml | Fresh lime juice - - (from 2 limes) |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Eden olive oil |
1/3 cup | 78ml | Eden brown rice vinegar |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Eden ume plum vinegar |
2 | Garlic cloves - - peeled and pressed | |
1/4 teaspoon | 1.3ml | Lima sea salt |
3 tablespoons | 45ml | Warm water |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh basil - minced |
1 tablespoon | 15ml | Fresh dill weed - minced |
Place all ingredients in a jar, cover and shake well.
Chill and store in refrigerator.
